CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECUTIVE - PUTTADY

Key responsibilities

• Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact to handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Sales and Acquisition: Find and acquire new customers through open market sales, telecalling, or following up on leads.
• Product Promotion: Introduce and promote the NBFC's loan products, such as unsecured business loans, to potential and existing customers.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
• Target Achievement: Work to achieve sales targets and contribute to the business's growth.
• Compliance and Documentation: Ensure all sales and customer interactions comply with regulatory requirements and company policies. Maintain customer records and update the CRM system.

Required skills and qualifications

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with customers.
• Customer Interaction: A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach to customer service.
• Sales Aptitude: Willingness to engage in sales activities and meet sales goals.
• Education: Typically requires a graduation degree
• Experience: NBFCs, Nidhi, or insurance is often preferred, but freshers may be considered.
• Technical Skills: Basic computer and CRM system knowledge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹18,500.00 per month
