Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Customer Relationship Executive - Outbound. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and building strong client relationships by reaching out to potential and existing clients through outbound communication. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer queries, providing product information, ensuring customer satisfaction, and working to improve the overall client experience. You will also play a crucial role in representing the brand and maintaining its reputation for exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
• Experience in Business Relationship Management and Client Relations
• Excellent verbal and written Communication skills
• Ability to handle customer queries effectively and build long-term relationships
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complaints professionally and efficiently
• Prior experience in a customer-facing role is preferred
• Proficiency in using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) tools is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
