CUSTOMER RELATIONS EXECUTIVE JOB DESCRIPTION

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the
end-to-end hospitality
of all visitors and clients, from
pickup arrangements
to
final drop-off
.
Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Ensure all basic facilities, refreshments, and meeting arrangements are ready for guests.
Coordinate with drivers, security, and relevant departments to ensure smooth visitor handling.
Professionally engage guests during their stay, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of visitor schedules and requirements.
Draft and send professional emails for visitor communication and confirmations.
Address guest inquiries promptly and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.

Requirements:

MBA in Marketing is
mandatory
.
6 months to 1 year of experience in hospitality, guest relations, or client servicing.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
with excellent email etiquette.
Presentable, confident, and able to interact with clients at all levels.
Highly organized with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
