Job Title:

Job Summary:

The Senior Executive/Executive- Customer Relationship will be responsible for generating and managing new leads for our HORECA business, following up on potential customers, and coordinating sales processes to drive revenue growth. This role requires a proactive approach in identifying business opportunities, maintaining strong customer relationships, and ensuring seamless coordination with internal sales teams and HORECA clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Sales Conversion

  • Proactively generate

    new leads

    every month and identify

    new potential HORECA customers

    , under the supervision of reporting manager.
  • Consistently

    follow up

    with potential HORECA customers to move them through the sales process and achieve target

    closures.

  • Generate and schedule

    quality meetings

    with decision-makers (F&B, GMs) at

    non-ARC individual hotels

    , ensuring alignment with the local teams travel schedules.
  • Conduct

    persistent follow-ups

    with team members and interested hotels post-visits.

Sales Order Coordination & Execution

  • Support the sales team in achieving the

    conversion of existing chain hotels.

Reporting & Follow-ups

  • Provide

    timely and accurate reports

    on sales activities, leads, and opportunities to the management team.
  • Submit

    daily reports

    on new lead calls, including hotel feedback, remarks, contact names, and details.
  • Follow up with hotels to understand the concerns and ensure repeat order.

Key Requirements:

  • Education:

    Graduate in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:

    2-5 years in sales, business development, or customer relationship management, preferably in

    FMCG / HORECA / Tea & Beverage Industry

    .
  • Skills:

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to generate leads and convert them into sales.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
    • Data-driven mindset with strong reporting
