Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The role involves handling customer queries, providing excellent service, resolving issues effectively, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and the ability to maintain positive relationships with customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist customers in a professional and courteous manner.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and requests promptly and effectively.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business and loyalty.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer concerns efficiently.
• Manage customer service records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Communicate ongoing offers, promotions, and company updates to customers.
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address further needs.
• Support in sales return processes and ensure smooth execution.
• Maintain customer feedback reports and share insights with management.
• Strive to achieve company goals related to customer service and satisfaction.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
• Proven experience in customer service or client relations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to handle challenging situations with patience and professionalism.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer applications.
• Positive attitude, team player, and customer-oriented mindset.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
