Customer Relationship Executive

JB Group is looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Customer Relationship Executive , preferably female , who is fluent in Hindi and English . The role focuses on building strong customer relationships, providing timely support, and promoting our rainwater harvesting initiatives. Communicate effectively with customers in both Hindi and English . Handle customer inquiries and service requests with professionalism. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. Coordinate with technical and service teams to ensure timely support and project updates. Visit customer sites as needed to provide consultation and collect feedback. Maintain proper records of interactions and follow-up on client satisfaction. Educate customers on JB Group's sustainable water solutions. Support promotional and awareness campaigns related to rainwater harvesting.
