Job Summary:

We seek a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have excellent English communication skills and a passion for delivering a great customer experience. This role involves handling customer queries, building strong client relationships, and ensuring high satisfaction levels.

Key Responsibilities/ Job Description:

• Interact with customers through calls, emails, and messages in a professional and friendly manner.
• Handle queries, provide product/service information, and resolve issues efficiently.
• Build long-term relationships with customers and ensure client retention.
• Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill customer requirements.
• Maintain updated and accurate customer records in the CRM system.
• Take initiative in improving customer service processes and contribute ideas to boost customer satisfaction.
• Follow up with leads and assist in post-sales support activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• 0–2 years of relevant experience (Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are mandatory.
• Good interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus.
• Female candidates preferred.
