Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relationship Executive located in Thrissur. The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction, business relationship management, and client relations. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer inquiries, solving concerns, maintaining a positive client relationship, and ensuring effective communication with clients to enhance their overall experience with our solutions.
