Customer Relationship Executive (Female)

Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Relation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat promptly and professionally
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system
• Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions
• Collaborate with sales and support teams to improve customer experience
• Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention
• Assist in preparing customer reports and feedback summaries

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with CRM software is a plus
• Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
