We required experienced CRE for Luxury car service Workshop..
· -Should Responsible for Increase Daily Workshop Flow.
· -Should Responsible for maintain targeted Daily workshop flow.
· -Should Responsible for Coordination with Sales, Service and Floor staff Team.
· Should Responsible for customer connect.
· Should Responsible for Customer Complaint and resolution with stipulated time.
· Should Responsible for Service Office Presentation and decorum.
· Should Responsible for good experience to customer Walk in and hospitality.
· Should Responsible for schedule customer appointment and allocation to Driver.
· Should Responsible for PSF calls, data segregation.
· Should Responsible for increase customer 5-star Rating/ review.
· Should Responsible for Customer data cleanness in DMS System.
· Should Responsible for customer satisfaction and retention.
· Should data be calling to new / old customers as per data base given by company.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
