Customer Relationship Executive (Female Candidate Only)

Job Summary:
The Customer Relationship Executive will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring a smooth communication flow throughout the service process. The role focuses on customer satisfaction, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails
• Understand customer issues and explain services clearly and professionally
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for case updates
• Follow up with customers on approvals, data verification, and deliveries
• Maintain accurate customer records in the CRM system
• Ensure timely communication and high customer satisfaction
• Handle complaints or concerns politely and efficiently

Requirements:

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred)
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi
• Customer-focused attitude with problem-solving skills
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
