The ideal candidate should be soft-spoken , customer-friendly, and fluent in multiple languages. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and channel partners Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth service delivery Ensure customer satisfaction and foster long-term relationships Desired Candidate Profile: Minimum 3 years of experience in customer service roles, preferably from the hospitality sector Strong communication and interpersonal skills Fluent in Telugu, English, Tamil, Kannada, and Hindi Well-educated, soft-spoken, and professional in approach
