Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience in the IT sector. The ideal candidate will manage client interactions, build strong relationships, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction while supporting sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing their queries and providing timely solutions
• Understand client requirements related to IT products and services, and coordinate with technical teams for smooth delivery
• Maintain and update customer records, ensuring accurate documentation of all interactions
• Follow up on client requests, orders, and feedback to enhance customer experience
• Assist in onboarding new clients and providing product/service demonstrations
• Collaborate with sales and technical teams to resolve customer issues and escalate when necessary
• Monitor customer satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance client relationships
• Prepare reports on customer feedback, service issues, and resolutions
• Stay informed about the latest IT products, services, and industry trends to better assist clients

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferably IT, Computer Science, or related fields)
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in customer relationship management or client servicing in the IT industry
• Good understanding of IT products, software, and services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving attitude with the ability to handle client concerns effectively
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office tools
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational skills
