Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused

Customer Relationship Executive

to manage customer interactions, provide timely updates, handle follow-ups, and ensure a smooth post-sales experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong follow-up abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls to engage with customers and address their queries.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients regarding orders, feedback, and service-related issues.
Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Track customer orders, provide real-time updates, and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely communication and service coordination.
Maintain customer records and update CRM systems regularly.
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, logistics, operations) for smooth execution of services.
Generate basic reports related to customer follow-ups and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing or telecalling role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Hindi and English.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and CRM software is preferred.
Strong follow-up and time management skills.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred).
