Key Responsibilities:
Handle flight and train ticket bookings (domestic & international)
Plan and share itineraries and travel packages with clients
Assist in visa & passport processing
Manage client follow-ups, bookings, and payments
Build long-term relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
Maintain client records and respond to queries professionally
Requirements:
1+ year experience in travel industry/ 6 month / fresher
Good communication and follow-up skills
Knowledge of ticketing, visa, and itinerary handling
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email)
