Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at Royal Enfield Dealership in Kayamkulam, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - Collecting customer feedback and collaborating with the CRM/Sales Manager to plan corrective actions. - Acting as the primary point of contact for customer complaints, documenting their concerns in detail, ensuring resolution, tracking complaints, and obtaining feedback post-resolution for customer satisfaction. - Conducting Lost Case Analysis by contacting lost customers and understanding reasons for closure to devise action plans with Sales Manager, Delivery Manager, and Store Head. - Updating email IDs from email bounce and conducting cancellation analysis on a monthly basis. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience: - Educational Qualifications: Plus Two / Graduate / Management preferred. - Industry Experience: Auto (4 wheeler preferred), Hospitality, Finance/Insurance, Retail, Communications. - Previous Experience: 0 to 2 years in Auto or customer relationship roles. - Profile: Strong focus on customer experience management, adherence to processes, and norms.
