Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) at Royal Enfield Dealership in Kayamkulam, your role involves ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by effectively managing customer feedback, complaints, and lost cases. Your responsibilities will include: - Collecting customer feedback and collaborating with CRM/Sales Manager to plan corrective actions. - Serving as the primary contact for customer complaints, noting down all concerns in detail, ensuring resolution, tracking complaints, and obtaining feedback after closure. - Analyzing lost cases by contacting customers with open enquiries from the past 3 months, understanding reasons for closure, and developing action plans with the Sales Manager, Delivery Manager, and Store Head. - Updating email IDs from bounce emails and performing cancellation analysis monthly on complete cancellation data. Qualifications and Experience: - Educational Qualifications: Plus Two / Graduate / Management preferred - Industry Experience: Auto (4 wheeler preferred), Hospitality, Finance/Insurance, Retail, Communications - Minimum Experience: 0 to 2 years, preferably in Auto/customer relationship roles - Profile: Strong focus on customer experience management, adherence to processes, and norms - Only Female Candidates are eligible to apply.
