Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive (CRE) to join our dynamic team. As a fresher in this role, you will play a critical part in enhancing customer engagement, streamlining processes through automation, and supporting our photography and sales operations. You will be the bridge between customers and the internal teams, ensuring a seamless and satisfying experience through the Klicpic app and related platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Engagement:

Initiate and manage regular customer touchpoints to build long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction levels.

  • Process Automation:

Identify opportunities for automating repetitive tasks and enhancing efficiency using the Klicpic app and related tools.

  • Customer Communication:

Ensure timely updates to customers using the Klicpic app admin panel and cloud telephony systems.

  • Requirement Gathering:

Develop and implement efficient processes to accurately collect and document customer requirements for photography services.

  • Lead Management:

Handle incoming call volume, emails, and other contact methods to qualify potential leads and support the sales/photography pipeline.

  • Referral Program Enhancement:

Take references from existing customers and use tools and technology to improve the referral and engagement programs.

  • Scheduling & Feedback:

Coordinate and fix photoshoot appointments for onsite photographers and collect structured feedback post-shoot.

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic understanding of CRM tools or willingness to learn
  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with cloud telephony and mobile apps is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office and/or Google Workspace

Eligibility:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
  • Freshers or up to 1 year of experience in customer service, sales coordination, or CRM roles
  • Eagerness to learn and grow in a customer-facing role

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

  • btm bus stop, Bangalore, Karnataka: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)

Experience:
