Customer Relationship Executive (CRE)

➢ Job Overview:

Responsible for overseeing all the interactions happening between a company and its customers. These employees manage and develop strategies for building relationships and aim to provide a consistent, positive experience to every customer. Customer relations also extend to marketing and sales teams as well, since these departments have a significant influence over the company's interactions with the customer.

➢ Job Description:

• Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently
• Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers
• Overseeing the relationship with customers handled by team
• Understanding key customer individual needs and addressing these the same
• Meeting with managers in the organization for progressive planning
• Keeping customers updated on the latest products & updates
• Expanding the customer base by up-selling and cross-selling
• Responding to business queries and strong subsequent follow-ups
• Knowing your competition and strategizing accordingly
• Conducting regular business reviews programs
• Maintain a positive attitude towards customer satisfaction

➢ Key Skills:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master's Degree in Administration or A Related Field (BBA/B.COM/MBA)
• Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
• Communicational Proficiency in English , Hindi & Odia
• Proficient in All Microsoft Applications
• Team Player with Leadership Skills
• Superior Product Knowledge Adaptability
• Adaptability to New Changes & Technology
