Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer inquiries and provide personalized assistance.
  • Maintain long-term customer relationships to enhance loyalty.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and follow up on feedback.
  • Support sales team by understanding customer needs and facilitating purchases.

Key Requirements:

  • Willingness to relocate from the North East region.
  • Preference for female candidates.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer orientation and interpersonal abilities.
  • Prior experience in customer service or retail is desirable.
