We are looking for a Customer relationship executive (only females ) for our Kalamassery showroom. She must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and have a working knowledge of client relationship management software. Customer relationship executives also have to possess excellent communication skills.
Responsibilities :
· Manage large amounts of incoming/Outgoing calls.
· Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.
· Collect accurate, valid and complete information from sales consultants and input in the software.
· Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
· Keep records of customers.
· Submit weekly/monthly report to the concern department heads.
· Assist to Accounts, Admin, HR departments.

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
