Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Assist customers in understanding products/services and resolving any concerns.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, accounts) to ensure timely delivery of customer requirements.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up with clients for renewals, feedback, and satisfaction surveys.
  • Support sales and marketing activities to enhance customer engagement.
  • Identify potential upselling or cross-selling opportunities.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
