Position Summary:

We are expanding our team and looking for motivated Tele Sales Representatives who are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound sales calls to prospective clients (B2B).
Present telecom products & services confidently and clearly.
Understand client requirements and offer customized solutions.
Consistently achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in the CRM system.
Work closely with the sales team to optimize conversion strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends to provide effective client recommendations

Qualifications & Skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving attitude and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to handle client queries with patience and professionalism.
Basic knowledge of telecom or B2B sales is an advantage (training provided).
Minimum Qualification: Plus Two / Graduate.
Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
