Tele Sales Executive – B2B Telecom (Freshers/Experienced)

Position Summary:

We are actively searching for dynamic, target-oriented individuals to join our team as Telesales Representatives. As a Telesales Representative at Dutel Info Integrated Pvt Ltd, you will play a pivotal role in propelling sales, establishing connections with potential clients, and contributing to the company's overall prosperity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to businesses and introduce our telecom products/services.
• Understand customer needs and explain the best solutions with confidence.
• Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets through smart planning and communication.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Work closely with your team to ensure consistent performance and growth.
• Stay updated on telecom trends to help clients make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in English and Hindi (Required).
• Experience in tele sales, customer acquisition, or BPO preferred – freshers can apply if passionate about sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player.
• Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
