Customer Relationship Executive - B2B (Corporate Client Acquisition)

As a B2B Sales Executive, your main responsibility will be to promote Telecom products and services to corporate clients. We are looking for dynamic individuals with excellent communication skills, a strong passion for sales, and a determination to exceed targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying and generating leads in the corporate sector, pitching Telecom business plans to decision-makers, conducting product presentations and client meetings, negotiating and closing deals to meet monthly sales targets, and maintaining client relationships for repeat business and referrals. Qualifications for this role include a minimum of 1 year of sales experience (telecom/IT/B2B preferred), although freshers are also welcome to apply. You should possess strong communication and negotiation skills, the ability to work under target-based performance metrics, proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam (Arabic is an advantage), and preferably a graduation degree, though not mandatory for experienced candidates. This is a full-time position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The job requires you to be comfortable with a 24-month contract. Prior experience in customer acquisition for at least 1 year is required, along with proficiency in English and Hindi. The work location is in Thiruvananthapuram, Kerala. You should be willing to reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work.,
