Key Responsibilities: Make outbound sales calls to businesses and introduce our telecom products/services. Understand customer needs and explain the best solutions with confidence. Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets through smart planning and communication. Maintain accurate records in the CRM system . Work closely with your team to ensure consistent performance and growth. Stay updated on telecom trends to help clients make informed decisions. Qualifications: Fluency in English and Hindi (Required). Experience in tele sales, customer acquisition , or BPO preferred – freshers can apply if passionate about sales. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-motivated, goal-driven, and a team player. Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
