Job Description

As a Customer Service Representative at our company, your responsibilities will include: - Maintaining an up-to-date customer database and records in the system. - Making service reminder calls to customers following the prescribed process. - Scheduling appointments during service reminder calls and updating them in the system. - Conducting post-service feedback calls to customers in accordance with the process. - Answering calls professionally to provide necessary information about our products and services, as well as obtaining details of complaints. - Keeping records of customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and comments, along with the actions taken. - Following up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customer requests and complaints. - Escalating unresolved customer grievances or special requests to the concerned department for further actions based on the escalation matrix. - Performing insurance renewal reminder calls and promoting BharatBenz Insurance. - Conducting service measure calls as required. - Making 2nd PDI (post body building for CBC vehicles) calls as per the requirement. In addition to the responsibilities mentioned above, our company offers the following benefits: - Health insurance - Provident Fund - Performance bonus - Yearly bonus This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
