CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP EXECETIVE ( SERVICE)

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to handle both incoming and outgoing calls, follow-up with customers, maintain customer relationships, and support the dealership's sales and service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to remind customers about vehicle service due dates.
• Book and confirm service appointments as per customer convenience.
• Handle inbound service inquiries and resolve basic customer queries.
• Follow up with customers post-service for feedback and satisfaction levels.
• Maintain service records and update customer interaction logs in CRM systems.
• Coordinate with service advisors to ensure smooth customer handling.
• Share information about service offers, AMC packages, and pickup-drop facilities.
• Escalate unresolved customer issues to the service manager promptly.
• Support the service team in customer retention and loyalty initiatives.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and listening skills
• Good telephone etiquette and polite approach
• Basic knowledge of automotive servicing (preferred)
• Comfortable using MS Excel, CRM software
• Fluent in local language, Hindi and English

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate
• 1-2 years of experience in customer service/tele calling (automobile service preferred)

Salary: As per industry norms + performance incentives upto 10K
Working Hours: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM (or as per dealership policy)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
