Customer Relations Manager or Marketing Manager

You will be responsible for managing the brand and image of The Organic World, India's largest retailer of natural and organic groceries. Your primary focus will be on driving sales and traffic, as well as creating marketing plans to increase customer engagement and loyalty. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and collaborate with external agencies and vendors. Your qualifications should include expertise in marketing strategy, planning, and execution, with 10 to 15 years of experience in Retail FMCG Marketing. Experience in store visit operations, digital marketing, social media management, brand management, and market research will be valuable. You should have excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong analytical capabilities, and data-driven decision-making skills. A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Familiarity with the organic and natural products industry is a plus.
