The CRM will play a key role in client retention and brand reputation. Key Responsibilities: Handle client inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally. Coordinate with internal teams for prompt issue resolution. Collect feedback and ensure service improvement. Maintain customer data and interaction history. Support marketing and sales teams in customer engagement activities. Requirements:Graduate in Business Administration or similar field. Minimum 3 years of experience in CRM or customer service. Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple clients efficiently. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
