Job Description

You are a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relation Manager (CRM) with a minimum of 3 years of experience. A background in Civil or Mechanical Engineering is preferred. Your primary responsibilities will include managing client relationships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and serving as a key point of contact between the company and its clients. You should have at least 3 years of experience in a client relationship or customer service role, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential for this role. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office tools is required, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team is crucial. An engineering background in Civil or Mechanical is considered a strong advantage. Immediate joiners are preferred for this position.
