CUSTOMER RELATION EXECUTIVE/COLLECTION EXECUTIVE

Job Purpose:

To build and maintain strong customer relationships, handle customer queries, provide financial product information, ensure customer satisfaction, and support business growth through cross-selling and service excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions professionally.
• Assist customers in understanding NBFC financial products such as loans, gold loans, vehicle loans, personal loans, etc.
• Guide customers through the application, documentation, and disbursement process.
• Provide after-sales service and resolve queries/complaints promptly.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow up with customers for repayments, renewals, and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
• Support the branch team in achieving sales and service targets.
• Adhere to company policies, compliance, and RBI/NBFC regulations.

Skills & Competencies:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Ability to explain financial products clearly.
• Basic knowledge of NBFC operations and loan processes.
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
• Computer literacy (MS Office, CRM software).
• Sales and cross-selling abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Finance preferred).
• 0–3 years of experience in customer service/sales in banking or NBFC sector.
• Freshers with good communication skills may also be considered.

Performance Metrics (KPIs):

• Customer satisfaction score.
• Number of queries resolved within TAT.
• Loan conversion and cross-selling ratio.
• Customer retention and repeat business.
• Adherence to compliance and documentation standards.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
