Job Description

As a Customer Relation Executive at our company based in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in managing customer interactions and driving sales. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing incoming phone calls and generating sales leads - Identifying and assessing customer needs to achieve satisfaction - Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication - Providing accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools - Meeting personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas - Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and following up to ensure resolution - Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents - Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies - Taking the extra mile to engage customers Requirements and skills: - Proven customer support experience or experience as a sales and customer representative - Track record of over-achieving quota - Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening - Familiarity with CRM systems, documentation, and practices - Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively - University/college degree is an asset - Familiarity with office software and phone systems a plus - Previous experience, especially in a particular industry, is preferred Additionally, you may be assigned other duties and responsibilities by the management from time to time.
