Customer Relation Executive

As a Customer Relation Executive at our company, you will play a crucial role in managing incoming phone calls, generating sales leads, and identifying and assessing customers" needs to ensure their satisfaction. Building sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication is essential. Your responsibilities will include: - Generating sales leads - Identifying and assessing customers" needs - Building sustainable relationships with customers - Providing accurate and complete information to customers - Meeting personal and team sales targets - Handling customer complaints and providing appropriate solutions - Keeping records of customer interactions - Following communication procedures and guidelines - Engaging customers by going the extra mile To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven customer support or sales experience - Track record of exceeding quotas - Strong phone handling skills and active listening - Familiarity with CRM systems and documentation practices - Customer orientation and adaptability to different personalities - Excellent communication and presentation skills - Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively - University/college degree is an asset - Familiarity with office software and phone systems is a plus - Previous experience in a similar industry is preferred Additionally, any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the management from time to time should be carried out diligently.
