The Customer Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining profitable long-term customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty while identifying opportunities to grow business with existing clients.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers.Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.Handle customer complaints and provide quick, effective resolutions.Collect and analyze customer feedback to suggest improvements.Develop strategies for customer retention and loyalty.Maintain records of customer interactions in the CRM system.Coordinate with sales, support, and operations teams to meet customer expectations.Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and relationship status.
