Customer Relation Executive - Male

As a candidate for the position at our Corporate Office in Amballur, Thrissur, your responsibilities will include interacting with clients, handling patient coordination, managing front office operations, ensuring compliance and confidentiality, and maintaining housekeeping and office management. Client Interaction: You will be responsible for handling customer queries efficiently through phone calls, emails, or in person. Your role will involve providing accurate and timely information about our services, policies, and procedures. Additionally, you will schedule patient appointments and ensure smooth coordination. Patient Coordination: Your duties will include assisting in onboarding new patients and maintaining their records. It is essential to ensure accurate documentation and update patient details as required. Front Office Operations: Managing the front office will be a crucial part of your role. You will be responsible for welcoming clients and visitors, as well as ensuring that office supplies are well-stocked and organized. Compliance & Confidentiality: Adherence to company policies and maintaining patient confidentiality as per HIPAA standards and other healthcare regulations is mandatory for this position. Housekeeping & Office Management: Maintaining the cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises is vital. You will need to follow hygiene and sanitization protocols to ensure a safe and healthy work environment. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule from Monday to Friday, including morning and rotational shifts. Weekend availability is required. The ability to fluently communicate in English and Malayalam is essential. Shift availability for both day and night shifts is also required.
