Customer Quality Assurance Engineer

A Customer Quality Engineer (CQE) plays a crucial role in ensuring the quality of products or services delivered to customers. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing quality control processes to ensure products meet customer requirements and industry standards. You will collaborate closely with customers to understand their quality expectations, address concerns, and provide effective solutions. Additionally, conducting thorough testing and inspection of products to identify defects or areas for improvement will be part of your routine tasks. Moreover, you will be responsible for investigating and analyzing defects or quality issues to determine root causes and implement corrective actions. Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and quality will be a key aspect of your role. Maintaining accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and customer feedback is crucial. Furthermore, providing training and guidance to production teams on quality control procedures and best practices will be part of your responsibilities. You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field. Having 0-3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field is preferred. Certifications such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma can be beneficial. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective customer collaboration. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are also essential. You should have meticulous attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of testing and inspection tools, such as calibration equipment, testing software, and inspection instruments, will be required for this role.
