Customer & Partner Support

As a Customer Support Specialist at Astrotalk, you will be an integral part of the team, contributing to the achievement of the company's objectives and facilitating growth through the implementation of strategic initiatives. Your main duties will involve addressing customer inquiries across various communication channels such as phone, email, chat, and social media in a timely and effective manner. Your goal will be to ensure customer satisfaction by providing detailed information about products and services, handling interactions in a positive and professional manner, and collecting feedback to enhance the quality of services offered. With an experience range of 1-3 years, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently. In case of complex issues, you will be required to escalate them to higher-level support or specialized departments for resolution. Your ability to document interactions accurately will also be essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a requirement to work 6 days a week on rotational shifts.
