Job Description

Astrotalk is hiring in the Customer Support Department! Key responsibilities : 1. Respond to client queries via email and chat 2. Understand the requirements of the client and provide them with solutions accordingly 3. Respond to client complaints quickly and give them timely solutions and alternatives 4. Provide product and service-related information to current and potential clients Requirements: 1.1-3 years of experience in the support department 2.Minimum of 60% or higher in 10th and 12th grades 3.Bachelor’s degree/Master’s degree with no running backlogs 4.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English and Hindi) 5.Analytical skills & approach Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Rotational shift Application Question(s): How much experience do you have?
