Operations Representative

As a customer support representative at Astrotalk, your role will involve responding to client queries via email and chat. You will be expected to understand the requirements of the clients and provide them with appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Additionally, you will need to address client complaints promptly, offering them solutions and alternatives as needed.
