With an experience range of 1-3 years, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing their needs promptly and efficiently. In case of complex issues, you will be required to escalate them to higher-level support or specialized departments for resolution. Your ability to document interactions accurately will also be essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the team. This is a full-time, permanent position with a requirement to work 6 days a week on rotational shifts.
