Customer Operations Administrator

As an Operations Analyst at CDK, you will be a highly motivated, team-oriented individual working closely with team leadership, functional leaders, and employees to monitor metrics across channels. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure accuracy and compliance of processes execution for a function or region, resulting in measurable performance improvements and identification of areas for optimization. You will play a key role in achieving business objectives by proactively reacting to changing business patterns and delivering process excellence throughout the organization. Key Responsibilities: - Proactively communicate with CDK business partners, peers, and leadership to stay updated on business changes impacting databases - Provide feedback to key stakeholders on issues, additional training needs, and the success of the implementation process - Investigate and resolve customer data mismatches resulting from contract input errors and buy/sell transactions - Consult with CDK business partners to address escalated data needs, ensure quality assurance, and enhance data flow between CDK databases - Support the implementation of new business processes and systems by hosting meetings and providing guidance to end-users - Collaborate with enablement resources to offer training and support for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of integrated systems - Supervise data mapping between systems to ensure accurate and efficient data flow - Use judgment to react to Out of Adherence (OOA) events and proactively predict adjustments based on observed patterns - Partner with subject matter experts to collaborate throughout the initiation process Qualifications: Minimum: - Ability to quickly establish rapport with functional teams up to and including Senior Leadership - Strong documentation skills Preferred: - 3-5 years of experience in a related function - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or equivalent experience At CDK, inclusion and diversity are fundamental in fostering meaningful connections with people, customers, and communities.
