Coordinate with drivers to manage route disruptions, delays, or emergencies. Maintain up-to-date service logs, driver rosters, and incident reports. Ensure all night buses are dispatched and return safely and punctually. Report and escalate operational issues (such as mechanical failures, safety concerns, or low staffing) to the relevant departments. Respond to passenger inquiries, complaints, or service issues via phone, email, or live chat during night hours. Assist passengers with lost property, service information, and accessibility requests. Provide clear communication regarding service changes, delays, or disruptions. Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all passengers traveling at night. Prepare nightly service reports, including ridership data and customer feedback. Maintain accurate records of incidents, service performance, and customer interactions. Support fare collection reconciliation and report any discrepancies. Assist with scheduling and updating route information as needed. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Quarterly bonus Work Location: In person
