Job Description

  • Coordinate with drivers to manage route disruptions, delays, or emergencies.
  • Maintain up-to-date service logs, driver rosters, and incident reports.
  • Ensure all night buses are dispatched and return safely and punctually.
  • Report and escalate operational issues (such as mechanical failures, safety concerns, or low staffing) to the relevant departments.
  • Respond to passenger inquiries, complaints, or service issues via phone, email, or live chat during night hours.
  • Assist passengers with lost property, service information, and accessibility requests.
  • Provide clear communication regarding service changes, delays, or disruptions.
  • Ensure a positive and supportive experience for all passengers traveling at night.
  • Prepare nightly service reports, including ridership data and customer feedback.
  • Maintain accurate records of incidents, service performance, and customer interactions.
  • Support fare collection reconciliation and report any discrepancies.
  • Assist with scheduling and updating route information as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
