Job Description

Role Overview: As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, your primary responsibility is to provide an exceptional onboarding experience for new customers. You will be managing their learning journey and onboarding process, ensuring they understand how our business can contribute to their success. Key Responsibilities: - Facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for customers by scheduling roll-out resources, proactively liaising with clients, and coordinating with internal teams. - Assist customers in their learning journey, including training for staff, managers, and owners. - Tailor food and drinks menus to suit customers" venues and educate them on how our software can drive their business through various features and integrations. - Update and maintain the company's learning site by adding, editing, and updating content. - Collaborate with internal teams to promote the learning site and ensure its effectiveness. - Maintain accurate administration and documentation, including CRM updates and data contribution for reporting. - Conduct timely customer touchpoints to gather feedback and improve the software. - Identify opportunities to enhance internal onboarding tools for a better customer experience. - Escalate any customer issues or risks to your manager promptly. - Engage in professional development opportunities provided by the company and uphold the business values and behaviors. Qualifications Required: - Prior experience in customer service roles. - Industry experience is highly desirable. - Account management experience is beneficial. - Proficiency in computers (Mac and PC) and MS Office Products. - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
