Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced Customer Feedback Executive who can handle customer interactions effectively, collect and manage feedback, and ensure high customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in digital product sales and should be confident in handling customers over phone calls. Key Responsibilities Manage customer feedback and ensure timely resolution of concerns. Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner. Collect feedback through multiple channels (calls, digital platforms, CRM). Analyze customer feedback data and prepare reports for management. Coordinate with sales and service teams to improve customer experience. Maintain updated records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Required Skills & Experience Minimum 1 year of experience in digital product sales. Experience in handling customer interactions over phone calls. Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Good understanding of CRM tools and customer engagement strategies. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Important Criteria: Candidates with insurance or loan sales experience will not be considered. The role requires prior experience in product sales only.
