Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Experience Specialist to support clients in their trading journey and ensure a seamless service experience. This role is ideal for freshers and early-career professionals who want to build a strong foundation in the financial services industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with trading in equities, derivatives, commodities, and currency
• Handle client queries and complaints with professionalism and clarity
• Support customer onboarding, account activation, and trading processes
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Compliance teams for issue resolution
• Maintain accurate CRM records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Stay updated with daily market trends to provide informed customer support

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience (freshers are welcome to apply)
• Proficiency in English and Hindi
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Basic knowledge or interest in financial markets is an advantage
