Equity Dealer

A leading financial services organization is hiring Equity Dealers to manage client trades and support revenue generation across equity and related investment products. The role acts as a vital link between clients and stock exchanges, ensuring accurate and timely trade execution while building long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

- Execute client orders accurately on trading terminals

- Ensure timely end-of-day (EOD) trade confirmations

- Update clients on positions, margins, and market movements

- Handle and resolve client queries related to trades and accounts

- Increase trading volumes through effective client guidance

- Activate inactive clients and enhance participation

- Cross-sell financial and investment products

- Maintain strong client relationships through regular interactions

- Work closely with the Branch Head to achieve revenue targets

Skills & Competencies:

- Strong understanding of equity markets and trading platforms

- Excellent communication and client-handling skills

- High attention to detail and execution accuracy

- Revenue-focused and target-driven mindset

- Ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment

Qualifications & Experience:

- Any Graduation

- NISM Series VIII (Equity Derivatives) – Mandatory

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
