Job Description

Role Summary:

You will handle customer interactions both in-store and online, guide customers to the right products, convert enquiries into sales, and maintain daily reports. The role is relationship-driven, not pushy sales.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Welcome customers and assist them in product selection
2. Handle Instagram/WhatsApp/website enquiries3. Convert leads into sales4. Maintain daily sales reports and walk-in data5. Ensure smooth order-to-dispatch coordination6. Maintain store ambience, displays, and hospitality standards7. Participate in exhibitions when needed

Required Skills & Qualities:

1. Excellent communication (English + Tamil mandatory)
2. Bonus: Hindi/Telugu/Kannada3. Charming, friendly personality4. Hospitality mindset, not pushy sales5. Basic comfort with Instagram, WhatsApp, and reports6. Strong ownership & reliability7. Minimum 1 - 3 years experience in retail or customer-facing role
