Job Description

Role & responsibilities Graduate/postgraduate with overall 3+yrs experience of working in a domestic/international contact centre/ service set up. (Inbound, outbound, The candidate must have 1 yr of general insurance customer support inbound call taking experience, 1+yr of other/captive inbound call taking experience & 1+yr of outbound call/ experience is a must. Candidate should possess excellent oral and written communication skills. Candidate with good customer service skills & captive contact centre experience would be preferred. Candidate should be willing to work in rotating shifts and Weekends. Candidate should be able to conversate in English, Hindi and Tamil Working days : 5 working days Monday - Friday ( 2 rotational day off) need to be flexible. Time : 8 am - 8 pm. (Rotational 9 Hours) Job Location - High Street Mall, Thane (West)
